The Ultra V's were founded after the end of the Fabulous Killjoys and before 2027. Their members include Vaya, Vamos, Val Velocity, Volume, and Vinyl. They regard the Killjoys as failures and hope to usurp them in fame within the zones. They lead other rebels in the desert to the attack on Battery City. They are eager to kill, led by a somewhat paranoid leader (Val Velocity), especially when compared to the Killjoys who did not like to kill and only did so in defense.
