The Fabulous Killjoys were a group of four Killjoys based out of a diner in Zone Six. Their leader was Party Poison (Gerard Way), and the other members were Fun Ghoul (Frank Iero), Kobra Kid (Mikey Way), and Jet Star (Ray Toro). The Killjoys faced a dangerous fight between themselves and the S/C/A/R/E/C/R/O/W unit hired by Better Living Industries (BL/ind). They often found themselves in the hands of BL/ind's Draculoids and the head BL/ind exterminator Korse. They spent their time-fighting crime with battery-powered guns called Individuals in the desert outside of Battery City.
Before their deaths in 2019, the Killjoys were the primary caretakers of The Girl, who they loved very much. They died while saving her from Korse and the Draculoids.[1][2][3][4] Not much is known about their pre-Killjoy activities, but they served alongside their leader, The Girl's mother, in the Analog Wars, which took place around 2014-2015.[5][3] 12 years after their deaths, they were inspirations to others in the Zones to take up their mantle, though some individuals like Val Velocity felt they were failures.[6][4]
